I offer short-term and long-term therapy options, depending on your goals and preferences. Some people benefit from a brief focus on a particular issue, while others may prefer ongoing support for more complex concerns.

My approach to therapy

I work with both children and adults, as therapy is a valuable tool for individuals of all ages. I tailor my approach to suit each person’s unique needs, taking into consideration factors such as age, personality, and specific challenges.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation call, where we can discuss your goals for therapy and give you a sense of how I work. This call comes with no obligation, and at the end, we’ll talk through whether you’d like to proceed with therapy.

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and I offer both online and in-person sessions to ensure therapy is accessible in the way that works best for you.
